2. Order Processing & Shipping
· Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
· Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
· Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS as soon as your order is shipped.
· To order from outside Dhaka city, customer should pay the delivery charge in advance.
3. Returns & Exchanges
· For cash on delivery: once product is delivered YUGO will not accept any exchange/refund. You have to check the product properly while the delivery person is in front of you. You have to check and confirm if the product is delivered as you ordered.
· For size/and color exchange: please contact us: +880-000 000 and return the product through the carrier/ delivery person. Delivery charge will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
1. If you received the wrong or a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll fix it right away—with a free replacement or full refund.
